Of parents and children

Haiz.....there is a slight delay on my plans for the holiday.The reason: My parents thinks that i can't handle things for myself. What!!!! That's not true,i protest!!! So, they'll try to find something for me to do in Brunei first. Haiz.....then i bid them good luck,it's gonna be so hard,that i know they will eventually give up.

I am always 70% right about things if not 80. wahahaha.......i doomed. -_-"
But i think there is something i am almost 100% positive about, most parents and i mean most don't really understand their child at all. It's what's causing the problems between parents and kids today. Lack of communications. I mean parents can't just take the teachings in their era and just pound it into their child just like that. Time is different now. Things has to change to change for the better. Most parents always tell us that we must be good,honest or whatever but doesn't it really help us in a world harsh and 'unreal'?

The answer? I don't know,really. But one thing is for certain, if you only have good and honesty, it will always be taken advantage of. But is it really a bad thing? Nope,it wouldn't be if you're lucky. But can luck always protect you from harm's way. Hard to say, it may or may not. While parents work hard to raise us,giving us unconditional love....they always left out one thing. They think things kids thinks are often immature and incorrect. More over, they think that they are the ones who always see it clearly and is always right,without a second thought.

Is it stuborness? No, parents aren't really so bad. They're just trying to protect us and want the best for us or them. But the best they figured for us doesn't seem to be the best for us. Sometimes i guess selfishness just took over them. Our feelings are sometimes neglected.

Take my mother for example. She still thinks that i'm that cowardly kid who cry for everything. Ummm, duh,i'm able myself now and I seriously have not cried for the last 2 years. It's not that i'm not feeling anything or really all that brave. I'm still afraid of some creature,you know.But is that cowardice? Check the dictionary please. Ceh, i am more courageous than i look. My look of being a sloth and doesn't seem to want to try anything. But doesn't it really seem that way? Just by the look of it? It's really shallow of parent to just look. Why not stop and feel? That would be more appropiate,don't you think?

So, i don't think anyone should be blame for this matter.Or if someone should take the blame,it would be both the kids and the parents(another way of saying no one should be blame). Just being frustrated over here,no biggy.

Currently finished the anime,The Law of Ueki,which i think is one of the best anime i've seen(not that i've seen many anime though)
