Privacy?
A quick update before my 100th post which i will TRY to write it as soon as possible. Yes, i've enter University Malaysia Sarawak in Kuching. Currently taking
Resources Biotechnology. What's with the resources huh? Well, everything we'll be studying will be almost the same as the normal Biotechnology courses in the other universities except that we'll be focusing a little bit more on saving natural resources and what's not.
Of course, this is just to update on people who hasn't heard from me and is still reading this blog. I don't think i'll be able to update as frequently as i thought i can. I can't seem to access wordpress, blogger, blogspot and some other websites from my hostel. The wireless signal is always low there but it makes no difference even if the signal is excellent. I'm currently using the computer at CAIS aka commonly as Library. There's no privacy here...haiz...
University is alright... at least up until this point. I've made a few friends who seem be nice and friendly... a bit sampat too. HAHAHAHA, they're really my type of crowd. There's many malays here as expected but up until now, i do not seem to recall seeing any racial discrimination or abuse like what SOME people try to scare the crap out of me. But what i heard is that malays who takes my course tend to be afraid of losing out and there's one incident to prove that it's true.
AND my english deteriorated! You might find some or even lots of grammatical,spelling mistakes! I wrote a statement on what 'language' means to me and i got caught making lots of grammatical errors. So paiseh! I'm even starting to speak broken
engrish!
English is my strength here and i don't want to lose it!
Lastly, it seems i have to take 4 courses with Bahasa Melayu as the medium for generic courses... Luckily 2 of them seem to be easy to pass but i better start to work hard on the other 2 if i want to graduate in 3 years. I do not even dare to think of extending my university year for another semester! I hope my curse on someone doesn't reflect back to me... Praying....
